Blue Moon is a 24/56 track Digital recording studio with comprehensive digital stereo mixing, editing and mastering facilities. Conveniently situated in the heart of England on the outskirts of Banbury, only 1 hour's drive down the M40 from London or Birmingham.

The most recent upgrades to the studio includes the latest version of ProTools LE(v7), plus the superb Sony Oxford Reverb, Inflator and Limiter software plug-ins, all running on a brand new Mac G5 Quad processor computer, providing even more audio firepower on mixdown. For the guitarist, we now have a Variax 700 modelling guitar and the Line 6 Toneport amp modelling systems, available subject to prior arrangement. STOP PRESS!!!The newest addition to the microphone collection is the fantastic Neumann M147 valve condenser, with a beautifully warm and detailed sound...great on vocals and acoustic instruments alike. STOP PRESS 2!!! Just installed are the stunning Reel Tape Flanger, Delay and Saturation plug-ins on Pro Tools...these represent some of the finest-sounding classic analogue f.x. you are ever likely to hear!!!
STOP PRESS 3!!! The latest plug-ins firing up on Pro Tools are the amazingly accurate emulations of the legendary Fairchild 660 and 670 valve limiters, as heard on many classic recordings (including quite a few from a certain North London-based studio in the 1960's...!)STOP PRESS 4!!! Pro Tools is now expanded to 48 tracks, with DINR noise reducion, Smack!compressors, incredible TL convolution reverbs and more! STOP PRESS 5!!! The amazing new McDowell Channel G is now onboard, modelling some of the most famous desk channels in history, along with the ML4000 multi-band Mastering Limiter - WOW!!!
